These recipes were developed with PCOS health in mind, so I tried to opt for lower sugar options for ingredients. Here are the recipes for my salted caramel cold brew, pumpkin pie latte, and cookie butter cold brew.
Salted Caramel Cold Brew

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup cold brew
- 3 tbsp NutPods Toasted Marshmallow Creamer
- 3 pump Zero Sugar Caramel Syrup
- 1 pump Zero Sugar Vanilla Syrup
- 2 tbsp Whipped Topping
- 1 pinch Maldon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Add ice, cold brew, creamer, and syrups to your cup. Stir.
- Top with whipped topping and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Enjoy!
