These cotton oversized mens graphic tees are perfect to sleep in. When I was in a smaller body I used to LOVE wearing my boyfriend’s Vineyard Vines tees to sleep – they are SO cozy. I found that DXL carries mens Vineyard clothes up to 5XL, so that means I can still be cozy at my current size!!

I have been obsessed with this mascara for a few months now! It’s ultra volumizing and the plastic applicator separates lashes to avoid any clumping. It washes off easily with micellar water and stays put all day.

This is a super close dupe to my other favorite exfoliator from Chanel. This exfoliator is gentle, hydrating, and smells fantastic. The black currant fruit pieces are so soothing while removing dead skin cells and texture.

I recently fell in LOVE with the Type A vanilla almond deodorant and immediately I couldn’t find it anywhere. I ended up trying this deodorant from the same line, and although I prefer the scent of the vanilla almond one, this one does a great job at limiting my sweat and odor while still being aluminum free.

This comforter is so plush, luxurious, and comfortable. I have never been this in love with bedding before! Since this is a comforter, you don’t have to mess with a duvet, it fits in my washer and stains come out really easily.

These premade lattes are perfect for caffeine on the go. They have 80mg caffeine and are delicious! I still love my Espresso Machine and use it almost daily, but these pre-made coffees make life so much easier on busy days. They are in an aluminum can for less plastic waste!

These therapy ice/hot packs are non-toxic, nade in the USA, affordable, and so durable. They have been a vital part of my routine in overcoming my knee injury, but they also have many other uses. Heat them up for cramps or chill them to place on your chest to calm anxiety. I like how they are malleable and can bend to the countors of the body, unlike traditional hard ice packs.

This flytrap is out of this world. I was so skeptical about this actually working after trying countless products that failed to deliver any results or fly reduction. This fly trap actually works! Block Scheduling
Creating a block schedule for myself has been a vital step in helping me recover from depression. Creating a block schedule gives me the boost i need to switch from one activity to the next, with added blocks for rest and recovery. If you would like a separate post on time blocking, let me know!
HydraFacials
I booked a HydraFacial a few months ago and it was the most relaxing facial experience I have ever had. I decided to sign up for the monthly membership to get one facial a month, and to my surprise the membership came with free-laser hair removal services per facial session. This is so amazing because I have been wanting to get laser done forever, but the cost and risks always scared me. I definitely recommend visiting a highly rated medical spa with nurses and doctors on staff who give the facials and services, for the safest possible results.
April Self Care Challenge
For every day in April I am challenging myself to complete one self care task a day (that I don't do regularly) in order to push myself and help with my depression/anxiety recovery. I think it's been helping my mood already and I have been enjoying all the extra love I have been giving myself lately. Sometimes the self-care task is as simple as getting some sunshine, or its a new pampering treatment I've been pushing off getting, like the HydraFacials or a brow wax.
